Who we are

Kū Hou ʻAna is a Christ-centered youth paddling program based in Hawaiʻi, dedicated to developing strong character, leadership, and faith through mentorship and outrigger canoe paddling.

We believe paddling is more than a sport — it is a powerful way to teach discipline, responsibility, teamwork, and perseverance while guiding young people toward confidence, purpose, and a strong spiritual foundation.

At Kū Hou ʻAna, our goal is to create a supportive paddling ʻohana where youth feel encouraged, challenged, and inspired to grow both on and off the water.

Through faith-based mentorship, structured training, and community support, we help young people build:

  • Confidence in who they are

  • Discipline in how they train

  • Respect for others and themselves

  • Leadership that serves their community

  • Faith that guides their journey

We are committed to raising the next generation of strong, respectful, and purpose-driven leaders — one stroke at a time.
